Competitive and fair prices
We offer a very competitive price structure with a charge per fifteen minutes, instead of an hourly rate, which means you only end up paying for the time spent repairing your stairlift and no extra. Most Stairlift faults can be rectified within fifthteen minutes of arrival as all our stairlifts have a digital LED diagnostic display.
On selected new stairlifts there is between a one and three year warranty and we are also able to offer a 2 year warranty for all reconditioned stairlifts too. Under warranty there is no callout, labour or parts to be paid. All reconditioned stairlifts will come with new batteries.
Peace of mind with breakdown cover
We will respond to broken down stairlifts on the same day that you call, whether that’s evenings, weekends, or bank holidays – including Christmas Day!
Even if the Stairlift has not been purchased from Somerset Mobility & Stairlifts, we have factory-trained engineers offering around the clock support to give you the best aftersales service in the South West so you can rest assured knowing that there will always be someone there in the rare case that something goes wrong.
